Abbeyfield House, Merville was purpose built in 1991 and is a supported sheltered house located in the heart of Merville Garden Village.
We have 10 ensuite rooms which are unfurnished for you to bring your own personal items and furniture to create your new home from home.
The house is located within walking distance of the Abbey Centre, local churches and Merville Shops with plenty of places to stop and enjoy lunch or cup of tea.
We have a communal lounge and a bright sunroom which are perfect for socialising and are much enjoyed by our residents.
The house offers a range of regular activities for you to join in with.
Abbeyfield House is managed by the Abbeyfield and Wesley Society.
I have worked for Abbeyfield for 16 years. I enjoy cooking and preparing meals for my residents on a daily basis. Our house is a special house and I enjoy chatting with and getting to know all of our residents.
