Located in the small market town of Usk in rural Monmouthshire, full of local history and a real sense of community, is Abbeyfield Usk, a home which accommodates people with early onset dementia, anxiety and depression which affects their cognitive abilities to live without support.

Abbeyfield Usk was built in the Victorian era and our home boasts an extensive rear garden, large rooms and high ceilings. We have six rooms all with en-suite shower facilities.

For extra peace of mind, our house is staffed with support workers 24 hours a day 7 days a week throughout the year as resident's safety is our number one priority.

Our residents are supported by our dedicated, caring and professional staff to maintain their daily living skills, these include cooking, shopping, cleaning as well as other daily tasks.

Abbeyfield Usk is funded by the Local Authority and has close links with Social Workers, Community Psychiatric Nurses, and Psychiatric Doctors who are also in regular contact to support the staff and residents.

Abbeyfield Usk is managed by Abbeyfield Wales Society.
