Overview

Seath House supported accommodation is an attractive double fronted stone house. The house has a wide staircase and half landing with a stairlift. The lounge dining room is a large comfortable room with a bay window overlooking the front of the house, and it has been recently decorated.

We have five en suite rooms and a flat, all equipped with alarm pull cords. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and utility room facilities.

Our lovely, caring house manager provides two delicious home-cooked meals every day, and residents make their own breakfast in their rooms whenever they want.

The garden extends around the house, with benches at the front and  a summer house at the back - a pretty place to sit out and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

• Afternoon tea

• Gentle excercise classes

Ad hoc events include:

• Birthday parties
• Christmas party

At an Abbeyfield supported house, we provide two healthy and delicious meals a day, which are cooked and prepared at the house. Our qualified cooks pride themselves on providing excellent food which is all freshly prepared, and where possible, using locally sourced produce.

Each house has an individual approach to catering for their residents, with menus being tailored to dietary needs and special events. But we always offer plenty of choices, including vegetarian options, and great portion sizes!

Meal time at an Abbeyfield is also important as it’s when the whole house gets together - a time to have a chat enjoying great food and great company.
