Mayflower Court

Mayflower Court is our brand new development of 80 one and two bedroom retirement apartments in the Millbay area of Plymouth, planned for completion in 2020. 10 two bedroom apartment units will be put up for sale with the remaining 70 being offered as affordable rentals.

Devised in partnership with Millbay’s lead developer, English Cities Fund (ECf), the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Plymouth City Council, the scheme will create a number of new jobs in the local area and provide prospective residents with 24 hour on-site care should they need it.

This unique independent living with care development comes as part of the wider regeneration of the city’s Millbay area and will address the need for affordable housing for the community’s older people.
