The Abbeyfield Society has once again achieved 'one to watch' status from Best Companies, recognising us as one of the best large companies to work for in the UK in 2022. Through Best Companies' b-Heard survey, which measures staff engagement, Abbeyfield surpassed its score from 2021.
The last two years have truly highlighted the detrimental effects that isolation and loneliness can have on older people.
