About the property

Abbeyfield house is a sheltered home in Sherborne that provides its residents with the privacy of their own accommodation, combined with the companionship of others. Regular social events and coffee mornings are held in our communal lounge. It's a home from home with support when you need it from our professional and caring house staff and volunteers.

Abbeyfield House supported accommodation for older people has eight single en suite rooms. The house is a large property which was built in the 1970s and has been since been converted into studio style accommodation.

As it is a small property, it retains a very homely and welcoming atmosphere which residents can really call their own home, and our friendly staff promote each resident's independence.
