Our aim is to provide a peaceful, friendly atmosphere where residents get support and companionship while remaining as independent as possible.
The staff and volunteers at Camborne have the ethos that the sheltered properties should act as a home from home for the residents, with support when you need it from our professional and caring house staff.
Our house is located close to local amenities so the residents have easy access to local life. There is a senior citizens’ club and there are U3A meetings within a couple of minutes, likewise a public library, a doctors’ surgery, the railway station and the shopping centre.
All these facilities offer the residents at Comborne's house the option to remain independent and explore the local area as and when they please.
We're very proud of our society, the great work it does and the beautiful Cornish coastline it's situated in. We feel the Camborne Society offers a great place for elderly people to spend their senior years in comfort and enjoyment.

Treveor House
Treveor House has seven rooms, some of which would suit a couple. We are a close-knit house and enjoy coming together for meal times in the communal dining room – in fact we all have our set places and always meet in the conservatory beforehand for a sherry.
