At Sunnybrae, we offer sheltered housing in Pitlochry for older people who are looking for a very comfortable home with caring housekeeping staff, good company and delicious food.

Sunnybrae is a spacious Victorian house set back from the main road situated just a few minutes’ walk from the shops, cafes, bus station and railway station. For those who enjoy nature, we are close by to the beautiful Tay Forest Park and River Tummel and can easily get to the stunning Cairngorms National Park; perfect sports for a stroll on a sunny day.

Each of our eight bedrooms have en-suite shower facilities and a kitchen area. Rooms are all well decorated, and we encourage residents to bring in their own furniture to make their rooms their own. Each room has television and telephone points. There is 24 hour access to the community alert system in all rooms and arrangements can be made for carers as and when required. Laundry facilities are provided. 

Rooms of the first floor can be accessed by a stairlift if needed, and the house has disabled access. For those who have cars, there is parking available. 

Enjoy a delicious lunch and evening meal served each day in our freshly-decorated dining room, with breakfast food supplied for residents to start the day in their own room at a time that suits them.

Relax in our attractive sun lounge looking out onto the beautifully kept gardens.
