Situated in Southend, Frank Phillips House was built in 1982 and consists of 12 single occupancy flats and includes mobility standard and wheelchair properties. We like to encourage our residents to remain as independent as possible and provide support when you need it from our caring and professional team of staff.

We provide a peaceful, friendly atmosphere where residents can remain as independent as possible. We offer a range of activities from coffee mornings to the more energetic exercise classes. It's a home from home with support when you need it from our professional and caring house staff and volunteers.
