Situated in the village of Bridge of Allan, Park House is a beautiful detached sandstone villa built in 1982 and has accommodation for up to eight residents. The house has a large garden and private parking and is close to local transport links.
Bridge of Allan is a former spa town at the foot of the Ochill Hil in the North of Stirling. It has a leisure centre, many sporting facilities, shops, restaurants and hotels.
This very sheltered accommodation is of a high standard. Most rooms are either ensuite or have a bathroom or shower close by for your personal use.
Rooms are unfurnished for you to bring furniture and personal belongings from home to furnish your room to your liking.
We have a communal lounge/dining room which makes the house very sociable as residents enjoy sitting together to have a chat or take part in group activities. We have a bright attractive garden for you to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
The house has access to a community alarm service so you can always contact someone for help even when our staff are away from site.
