Features
Our home was built in 1995 over two floors and consists of 13 rooms with ensuite facilities. There is a kitchenette available for residents to use on each floor to make drinks and snacks. Our house is set in a quiet cul de sac in the popular residential area of Codsall. All rooms are unfurnished, so that you can bring your own furniture with you making it a home from home.
Residents have access to a communal lounge which has access to the well maintained garden where we have outside tables and chairs for residents to enjoy the seasonal flowers in bloom and enjoy a chat. As an alternative residents also use the summerhouse situated in a quiet spot of the garden. The garden has several visiting bird species.
We have a through floor lift enabling you to move freely around the house, a communal laundry room to use at your leisure and for added peace of mind we have CCTV installed.
We provide a peaceful friendly atmosphere where residents can remain as independent as possible. We offer a range of social activities. Home cooked meals are prepared daily by our dedicated staff and can be enjoyed in the communal dining room.
Our house is situated in a prime location close to local bus stops which take you into neighbouring towns. The local train station is also close by where you can access trains to Telford and Shrewsbury which have interconnecting trains to the north of the country. Trains to Birmingham also run daily with inter connecting trains to numerous parts of the country.
The local shops are a short walk away, where you will find hairdressers, cafes, flower shop, charity shops and food shops. The local library is situated across the road from our house and has a local community cafe in the same building and access to local information.
There are a number of community groups and clubs in the area including WI, Townswomen’s guild, arts & craft club, golf club, leisure centre.
