Our Tunbridge Wells Care at Home service is run from the Abbeyfield Independent Living complex Hale Court. Some of the tasks we assist our customers with include personal care, medication, companionship, housework, shopping and escorting to appointments. 

With over 60 years experience in providing care for older people we can help you maintain your independence in your Abbeyfield home at Hale Court. Our team of qualified and experienced care assistants can provide you with tailored quality domiciliary care, whether you require long-term care or simply support with everyday living – all within the familiar surroundings of your own home.

Care Quality Commission Report

Our Care at Home service is governed by the Care Quality Commission. The service is certified with a ‘Requires Improvement’ rating with the CQC, which was achieved in February 2018. 

Assessing your care needs

Once an enquiry has been made, one of our team will contact you to arrange a visit to see you in your home at Hale Court. We will produce a tailored care plan for you, which will then be written with your agreement and a start date arranged.
