Bolton-le-Sands is one of the hidden secrets in Lancashire, a pretty village that is unspoilt by both modern development and tourism. The Lancaster Canal,  built in the 1790s, is a major feature of the village. Also passing through the village is the A6 and the West Coast Main Line.

This house was built in 1780, renovated in 1998 and consists of 13 flats including studios, 1-beds and 2-beds. Includes mobility standard properties and facilities. Regular social activities include occasional trips out. Meals are provided (two meals everyday). New residents accepted from 60 years of age. Please contact us to discuss if you wish to bring a pet.

We have a large well-maintained garden where the residents are able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view, residents also have the additional support from a careline provider pendant and support system in their bedroom.

Staff ensure that the house is warm, comfortable and safe and that the daily meals provided are varied, nutritious and enjoyable.  Two course lunch is home-cooked and served in the communal dining room, making mealtime a social occasion, while residents make breakfast in their own rooms – a gentle start to the day. Morning coffee is served daily from 10am – 11am.
