About the property

Park House is situated in the village of Bridge of Allan, near Stirling. It was built in 1982 and has accommodation for seven residents. The house has a large garden and private parking.

This very sheltered accommodation is of a high standard. Most rooms are either ensuite or have a bathroom or shower close by for your personal use. Rooms are unfurnished so that you can provide your own furniture and private possessions.

A communal living/dining room means that the house is very sociable and you can have as much company as you like. We also have an attractive garden where residents can sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

The house has access to a community alarm service, so you can always contact someone for help, even when our staff are away from the site.

Meet our staff

At an Abbeyfield supported house, we offer a home from home experience. Our Staff are crucial to creating this homely, friendly and welcoming environment.

All of our staff are fully trained and skilled at catering for the needs of older people, and are empathetic to the requirements residents have. Staff are there to make sure all residents are safe and secure, that meals are nutritious and enjoyable, and that the house is a thoroughly enjoyable place to be.

At Abbeyfield, we believe in making time for older people and our staff embody this by always being available for that cup of tea and a chat - to be there as a companion when needed.

This aspect of life at an Abbeyfield supported house sets us apart from other providers.

Arts and craftsOur supported house provides companionship when you want it and a carefully designed support service when you need it. Staff assess your individual needs to determine what level of support you need, while allowing you to retain as great a level of independence as possible.

We have a wonderful team of volunteers who help organise activities, provide transport for health appointments and offer a friendly ear if you just feel like having a chat.

Activities such as coffee mornings, arts and crafts afternoons, and exercises, especially geared towards older people, are organised on a regular basis.

We also arrange day trips and outings to local attractions.
