Meet our staff

The Staff and volunteers who work at the Darlington Society's sheltered homes all understand the needs of our retired residents. They make every effort to make life at our homes enjoyable and comfortable.

The Executive Committee and General Manager oversee the mainframe of the society whilst the Housekeepers and a team of dedicated staff & volunteers maintain the day to day running of the houses.

The ethos of the whole team is to enhance the lives of older people and we strive to ensure the holistic well being of every Resident.

We welcome additional volunteers within our Society.

Jane is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the site and ensuring the wellbeing of residents and staff. The picture shows Jane receiving The Abbeyfield Society’s Chief Executive’s Excel Award in 2014.
