Overview

Eskdale is situated in the small market town of Aberfeldy in the beautiful Tay Valley in Highland Perthshire. The house was built in 1880 and and renovated in 1976. New residents are accepted from 75 years of age.

We offer seven bedsitting rooms and one suite of bedroom and seperate sitting room. Each room has a small kitchen area and an ensuite bath/shower room which residents can furnish and decorate to their own taste. There is a communal lounge/dining room and conservatory. The house has a residents’ garden, and there is provision for residents’ car parking.

Two nutritious home-cooked meals are provided each day at regular times in the dining room, and morning coffee is served in a the conservatory.

The house has its own overall security, including a 24 hour Telecare service and a door entry system, but every resident has their own 'front door' so can come and go as they please. A laundry service is also provided.

Regular activities, such as a weekly games morning, are arranged, as well as other social events from time to time.
