Activities

Each week we host a variety of activities and are fortunate enough to have volunteers from the neighbourhood and local 6th form join us for events.

From guest speakers to theatre visits, gardening club to scrabble there is always something to look forward to and something to suite everyone’s taste.

Every Saturday the three houses get together for a coffee morning and raffle. And each Sunday afternoon we join together for afternoon tea and a catch up.

Some of our favourite activities include:

Wine tasting
- Music appreciation
- Film Society
- Armchair Aerobics

We also host annual events in and with the local community. These include:

- Visits to farm shops
- Christmas lunch at a local restaurant
- Annual garden party
- Trip to the local pubs

Additionally, we’re often visited by our neighbourhood nursery who love our annual Easter egg hunt!

Local area

We’re based at the end of a leafy, quiet cul-de-sac with excellent transport links into the town centre. For those who enjoy walking, we’re just a short stroll away local amenities and a beautiful park which often hosts summertime activities.

We also have several churches nearby for anyone wanting to partake in regular worship.
