About the property

Davidson Villa is situated in the prestigious west end of Nairn.  It is a large modernised Victorian house, renovated in 1994, with comfortable accommodation for nine residents.

The house is surrounded by spectacular walled gardens and beach walks looking over the Moray Firth. There is a sun porch at the front of the house with amenable private parking.

This very sheltered accommodation is of a high standard. Most rooms are either en-suite or have a bathroom or shower close by for your personal use. Rooms are unfurnished so that you can provide your own furniture and private possessions.

A communal living/dining room means that the house is very sociable and you can have as much company as you like. We also have an attractive garden where residents can sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

The house has access to a community alarm service, so you can always contact someone for help, even when our staff are away from the site.

Meet our staff

Our compassionate staff assess your individual needs to determine what level of support best suits your requirements - giving you the choice and opportunity to tailor the service to your own needs while maximising your independence.

Our properties are all of a high standard. They provide companionship when you want it and a carefully designed support service when you need it.

There are both communal areas such as living/dining rooms and gardens, and individual living areas where you have your own room, with your own furniture and private possessions. Most of our rooms are either ensuite or have a bathroom or shower room nearby for your sole use.

All the houses have access to a community alarm service, to reassure you that help is at hand and give you peace of mind even when staff are off site.

We also have a fantastic team of volunteers who help out by providing companionship and offering transport for health appointments.
