Overview

Abbeyfield House provides supported living accommodation for older people in Worsley, and consists of 11 en-suite rooms, one 2 bed flat and an en-suite guest room. The guest room is available for trial stays or to accommodate visiting friends and family of residents. We have a laundry room, 2 assisted bathrooms, a hairdressing salon and private car parking available.

We are situated within walking distance of an award winning restaurant, cafes, banks, shops and bus routes to city centres. The East Lancashire road is nearby as is the railway station and we have private off road parking for residents and visitors.

The rooms are unfurnished enabling residents to bring their own furniture and belongings.

We have a dedicated team who all have a real empathy for older people. Our house keepers ensure that the house is warm, comfortable and safe. We also provide 2 home cooked meals per day and ensure the meals are varied, nutritious and enjoyable with dietary requirements catered for.

Residents have additional support from a ‘care on call’ provider. Each resident is provided with a pendant which is linked to a support system in their room.
