Since opening its doors for the first residents back in 1982, Abbeyfield House in Lytham St Annes provides a warm welcome for independent older people. It has been regularly refurbished and updated to suit changing needs.

Each room comes with carpets, curtains, and modern fitted storage units. You’ll have wardrobe and kitchen space with a small fridge and sink, as well as a shower room and toilet. We encourage you to bring your own furniture and possessions to help put your own personal touch into your new home. Our rents are fully inclusive of rates, lighting and heating as well as food, maintenance and an aid call system, allowing you to live a stress and hassle free life with us.

The house has a communal lounge, dining room and conservatory where you can enjoy the company of other residents as well as a beautifully maintained garden which is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the fresh air. Within the house there are two flatlets which have separate living room, bedroom and shower room.

We offer activities for residents to join in with if they wish, including a Keep Fit class on a Saturday morning as well as coffee mornings and trips out to local restaurants.

We’ll celebrate your birthday in style, with any lunch of your choosing!

Just a short walk from the sea, a train station, cafes and golf clubs, we are ideally located for those who wish to continue living an active, independent lifestyle in later life.
