Life at the house

MusicAt the house we hold a variety of activities, and residents are encouraged to get involved in suggesting activities. The staff are quite happy to arrange anything that has been requested.

Throughout the year we hold a summer garden party, a Halloween party where residents can invite their family and friends - the staff will dress up too!

Keith Lauder house also has a regular visit from a local keyboard player who comes down to play for the residents and gets everyone going in a sing along.

Our beautiful garden is a bit attraction for some of our residents who like to get involved in tending to it.

Sunday's we usually open our doors and invite anyone local who living on their own to come to the house and join us for a Sunday roast.

Dining areaAll the food that we cook here at Keith Lauder House is fresh daily and prepared by our Manager and Relief Manager and occasionally by our General Assistant. It is prepared and cooked to a high standard, and adhering to all Health and Hygiene standards.

Each member of staff have their own specialities. Kathy prefers cooking dinners and Penny is the master baker!
