Overview

We will support you in making your own decisions about how you want to live your life. We recognise the importance of maintaining relationships with family and friends. We support residents in pursuing hobbies and interests by offering a variety of activities from in house entertainment to regular outings.

We have a high number of fully qualified staff, and every room has a nurse call system. Bathrooms are fitted with modern equipment to make them suitable for very disabled residents.

We have well-maintained gardens with beautiful flowers, bird baths and bird tables to attract the wildlife, together with patios and seating areas, and ramps for easy access.

Art classOur wonderful activities co-ordinator, with the help of our League of Friends volunteers, organises an active social life for our residents, so there is always something to keep you occupied or to look forward to.

Dining areaWe provide fresh, home-made meals, from a diverse and continually changing menu, all prepared in our own kitchen with locally sourced ingredients where possible. Lunch and dinner are served in the communal dining room, making mealtimes a social occasion, Residents have breakfast making facilities in their own rooms so they can have their breakfast whenever they want, for a gentle start to the day. Special diets are also catered for. An example menu is below:
