Senior Care Assistants (Nights), Westall House, Horsted Keynes, West Sussex

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Night Care Assistant to work at Westall House in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex.

Part Time - £11.59 per hour weekends

Saturday Night and potential additional hours. 

Westall House is situated in the picturesque village of Horsted Keynes on the border of West and East Sussex.  We are proud to be CQC rated outstanding and are currently under an exciting new development expanding Westall House.  We are a great team and work to a high standard with good staff retention, you will enjoy being part of "team westall"

The role of a Senior Care Assistant involves creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, ensuring that every resident enjoys life with us to the full. Promoting the physical, social, intellectual and emotional wellbeing of our residents, you will assist in the promotion of their independence.

Working with the operations manager to ensure the preparation, implementation, review and update of all residents care plans. You will also be responsible for the safe administration of medication to residents, in charge of the care assistants staff supervision and appraisal communication and responsible for the building, ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

With a flexible approach to hours and responsibilities, an appropriate qualification and a good track record as a carer. This will have given you everything you need to operate with minimal supervision, backed by an organised but empathetic manner, real understanding of the issues and challenges facing older people and enthusiasm for gaining additional skills and qualifications.
