General Assistant , Hale Court, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

We are looking to recruit a Relief/Bank General Assistant at Hale Court, to help maintain a clean environment in all areas of the house to maximise residents' comfort and overall enjoyment of their surroundings.

As a General Assistant at Hale Court, you'll help maintain a clean environment in all areas of the house to maximise residents' comfort and overall enjoyment of their surroundings. You will ensure all communal areas of the house are clean and tidy at all times and to the required standards.

The role of General Assistant is varied, it covers, cleaning, laundry and sometimes assisting kitchen assistant shifts, this can involve assisting preparation of breakfast, collecting, clearing and washing all dishes, evenings it is serving meals and evening drinks along with dishwashing. Daily cleaning of communal and Residents Rooms, bathrooms etc, in Laundry sorting all personal washing, bed linen, kitchen laundry, table linen, washing, drying and ironing as you go.

Hale Court is a 19 flat independent living service in Tunbridge Wells for residents over the age of 55.   The staff team at Hale Court is small and friendly and work well as individuals and part of a team.
