Senior Night Care Assistants, Horsted Keynes, West Sussex

We are looking to recruit Senior Night Care Assistants in the brand new development of the Dementia care home, you will be providing personal care and well being activities to our Dementia care residents.

Westall House is located in the rural village of Horsted Keynes, we have a warm, friendly and Westall family environment for residents and staff to live and work together, we put the residents at the centre of everything we do with an emphasis on well being activities’ and a high standard of care.  We are currently rated Outstanding by CQC –Due to our success and reputation we are extending our care services and building a Dementia care service to extend our residential care.

The Westall family is a great, friendly and caring team to work with, we all work really well together and enjoy joining in with all the events and activities that are put on at Westall House, we are a big extended family who support each other at all times.  The Manager has worked at Westall House for 19 years and at some point has carried out every role in the building becoming the registered manager nearly 5 years ago.

The role of Night Senior Care Assistant will be in the brand new development of the Dementia care home, you will run the shift and the service on a nightly basis, administering medication and overseeing the care staff providing personal care to our Dementia care residents.  It will be a phased intake of residents, all relevant training will be given.  

Our shifts are 20:45 - 07:45 - 11 hour shifts
