Responsibilities will include overseeing all the resident care plans in line with their preferences and assisting in the safe control of medication to residents. Day Seniors/Team Leaders will also be required to assist in the induction and support of new care staff at the home.
Extensive previous care experience in a similar role in registered care setting, together with an NVQ2 and/or working towards NVQ3 or equivalent is essential. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, good organiser and have the ability to work flexibly, both using their own initiative and within a care team.
At Lee House, we have 27 en-suite bedrooms many of which have a balcony or patio doors which look out onto our beautiful garden. We pride ourselves on being a home away from home, with a very cosy atmosphere and friendly caring staff who are available 24 hours a day.
We will support residents in making their own decisions about how they want to live their life.
