Business Administrator, Falmouth, Cornwall

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support The Abbeyfield Society with business administration in our office based in Falmouth, Cornwall

Reporting directly to the Business Support Coordinator but supporting remotely with the Business Managers, Senior House Managers and Business Managers across the west region.

the role will entail:

  • Supporting service provision within a West of England Business Unit
  • Link person across Business Manager Teams – Business Support Coordinator
  • Collating vacancy information o compile weekly reports
  • Monitoring and updating external contacts listings in line with GDPR
  • Supporting Business Support Coordinator role – linking with Business Managers, Senior House Managers and Care Home Managers (i.e. collating annual leave / sickness data, collating news stories for Abbeyfield publications, webpage and Face Book.
  • Monitoring and collating of general key data for the business units
  • Assist with Communications and collating items for marketing and promotion – attending to support occasional events
  • Assist with compliance monitoring and regular audits
  • Arranging BM Meetings, co-ordinating, planning, minute taking

A warm friendly local office based at our Abbeyfield House in Falmouth, there will be times when meetings / training or marketing events will be off site intermittently throughout the year where travel to other locations maybe required i.e. Plymouth new development project, Wellington West Regional Office and other houses / homes within the region.
